Clearly, your skills are awesome, Ron. Your car-centric dietary choices, however, leave a bit to be desired, especially if you're after a slim derriere. Let's consider the rear impact of that Dana bus supporter you've indicated plans for in this thing. I think there's room for some aluminum IRS in this peach of American ingenuity. You have the time.

Kudos on the backbone tranny tunnel--I've got one kinda like that, but less artistically inclined (and lighter). Your output is a model for us all!

Edit: That steering column clamp is tight!
