Since you are in Burnaby, you could try Fiber-tek, or industrial Plastics. They might have some ideas on what type of products you could use. I think a lot of it depends on the plastics
If you wanted to do the work, they have the products there to be able to make a mould of your panel then recast it in fiber glass
