KAA: this is right, they do "stretch" the truth some times... i was referring to the specific DUI, whiskey plate law where they could pull you over without cause.
I got pulled over once for doing a wheelie on motorcycle and the tub o' lard cop came waddling over to me screaming, "WHO THE HELL WERE YOU TRYING TO IMPRESS??"
At the time i was a smartass and said, "did you like it?" How i walked away without a ticket is beyond me.
