The C11 was designed by Peter Sauber and it was powered by a 950bhp 5.0 litre twin turbo V8 Mercedes engine.
Schumacher competed in only three of the nine races during the 1990 World Sportscar Championship season, wining the season finale at the Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez circuit and managing to finish fifth overall.
The C11 would go on to win 8 out of the 9 races that year, the Sauber Mercedes team would take home the constructors and drivers championships.”
