Here is the adjustable "fixture" I made to check tire/wheel clearance. I was shooting for 30 degrees with full compression and 335/18 tires/12 inch wide wheel - I managed to get 28 degrees. You need to check the clearances through the full range of compression/droop as lots of things change, especially if you are running a bunch of caster. Depending on the back spacing of the wheel, inner barrel clearance can become an issue. With this fixture I was able to vary the theoretical wheel width and offset to find the best fit. Good luck.
