Try Energy Suspension for poly bushings. The p/n for universal fit bushings = #9.5168 (grease-able; 35mm; 1 3/8")
Their catalog lists 3 different 82-92 f-body sway bar frame pivot bushing options:
30mm = 3.5159
32mm = 3.5130
34mm = 3.5131
