No, Chevelle chassis parts won't interchange. Everything is different.
The only "common" parts with an Impala, is that any rear disc setup that fits a Camaro/Nova/Chevelle, will also fit a B-body, and a Chevelle rear sway-bar will fit. Other than that, I'm not aware of any parts that interchange.
