I'm also wondering if you are on the bumpstops there? Maybe put some O-rings or even slide the shock bumpers down if you have them, run it and see if it's bottoming out. Nothing wrong with hitting bottom as long as it's doing it softly and not shocking the tires when it does.

Exactly my thoughts!!! Stiffer front bar is the only thing I really want to change at this point. I am a long ways away from bump stops or bottoming out the shock. We shortened the struts and I have a lot of uptravel in them before either coil bind or bottoming out, like 5" of travel in the fronts.
