That's a common issue with the C5/6 based subframes like AME, JRS, etc.

I let mine unload when jacking it up, and don't worry about it since it never fully unloads on the street or track, thanks to the sway bar. On Ron Myers' Camaro we used "helper," or "keeper"springs to make sure the coil springs wouldn't unseat at full droop.
