Chad,We have gone both way's in the past with customers car.I really try and steer them away from a manual brake set up.I think that on most peoples daily driver the pedal effort is very little to get the car to stop.This is what they expect. when setting up a big disc brake ststem with a manual pedal the car will stop in a shorter distance from any given speed.but it requires more effort to the pedal compared to power brakes.Even myself feel that the car takes longer to stop on a manual system.Even though it does'nt your mind is telling you it does because your effort to the pedal is great than what you are use to.And for that reason alone we try to have our customers use power when they can.Just my 02.
