Default Newbie needs suggestions/direction.

Hi, I'm new to this site and several others just recently but a veteran on several others. I'm in the very beginning of the planning stages of building myself a Ralley Green 69 Z28 RS. I want this car to look close to stock on the outside but be modern at heart. I'm not looking at a resto mod but rather a new 1969 Z28. I want to go CBB and am leaning towards an N/A 572 crate motor, automatic tranny, 12 bolt at the minimum for sure or 9" if I have to. PS, PDB, A/C, PWR Seats, PWR windows, PWR door locks, sound system, the whole 9 yards. Haven't researched the suspension and chasis components yet but I'll get there step by step. The attachment(hopefully) is my current track car, the Z28 is for the street. Point me in the right direction, thanks.
