I spoke to Stacy @Finspeed and she was very apologetic and informed there were issues with their phone and website. I understand about delays due to Covid, metals hard to get, etc. I think its a product of the world we live in currently.
I was just a bit taken back that two weeks, several calls and web message with no reply.
Can speak for everyone else but when I am looking to spend 5k or even less, I want to be sure everything is good to go and customer service & communication is the key.
It definitely made me a bit apprehensive, but all is good now.
Just an FYI, Finspeed cannot machine 19x12 with 5.5" bs for a one piece wheel. The backspacing is the issue.
