I have no suggestion on front tire width aside from try to balance it with the rear if optimizing handling is a main focus. These old muscle cars tend to be front heavy already. You put a lot more grip in the rear by going with a much wider tire and you just end up pushing the front through turns. If you want looks and some better handling, you should be fine with 8 front and 11 rear. It's up to you and what the main purpose of the car is going to be.
