Default ECU mounting & Holley Dash (05-01-21)

Getting closer to final mock up of the ECU wiring

I started searching for the bracket that hangs the vintage air unit and I can't seem to find it. I called my Powder Coater to see if he
remembers powder coating the bracket and he laughed as he powders so much stuff that there is now way he could remember.

After 90 minutes of searching I finally found the bracket as it was right where I put it last. (insert sarcasm here).

Installed it and mounted the ECU bracket which I made a long time ago.

I mounted the ECU and started plugging everything in so I could start routing the wires for the digital dash.

As much as I love the Autometer dash that was in the car I really really wanted the Holley digital dash. So I pulled trigger and bought the dash.

He's getting bigger well not really.

More notes.

Apparently the trans ''Trigger" can't be connected to the same trigger as the ECU.

Test fitting everything and so far it looks like everything is going to fit as planned.

I also made a perm-a-note that the nuts on the small weld studs are 11/32 of an inch.

Since I use these so much in the car I put tape on them so I can find them quickly in my toolbox.

Calling it a night.
