Yes.....closed cell (wetsuit-like density) to prevent high pressure (fan forced) air under hood going to low pressure area in front of radiator when stationary.
While you're at it......open up the core support rad attach holes and install grommets to prevent twist in the panel from tearing up your tank ends.

Good news is the radiator is sitting on the factory rubber mounts and the upper bolts are sitting in 3/4" Well Nuts to allow for movement.

Never thought about that but I will add this to my list of things to do today when I head out to the garage.
