And then came an interruption!

I got a new job in my home town, which is close to my wife's family too.

But the housing market in early 2021 was tight. NOTHING for sale that would work. No matter, I'll build something.

So I found some dirt, and got to work! To save money and get a leg-up on the build, I began some of the site prep the day we closed.
