I would probably avoid “junkyard” rotors and calipers when you can get decently priced parts store parts. There are a couple options for brackets to use C5/c6 Corvette brakes on stock spindles and rear axles from Kore3

It has been a while but I think the 67 with non-staggered shocks in the rear may be an additional challenge. Feedback about Kore3 has always been good-you may want to discuss your project with them before buying anything to avoid any pitfalls.
