I'd redesign the cart most likely. Unless you can weld flanges onto the existing cart. You could secure the front with the rear most front subframe bolt hole and or the firewall subframe holes. Might need spacers or stands to rear up to the body from the car. The rear could be secured at the leaf spring pockets. This would still be a low to the ground cart just for transporting though. Is that what you're after or are you wanting something higher up so you can work under the car while it's on the cart?
