So when I embarked on this 55 Chevy 18 years ago, this guy was right (on the right) there helping me make this thing become reality. We spent many hours together the first few years of the build. Unfortunately the car sat idle more times than I care to think. Although he has since moved to Texas he came out and spent the past 10 days out here helping assemble this bucket of bolts. Can't thank him enough for taking time out to come back to California. Always a pleasure. The family loved spending time with him as well. I regret not getting a picture of us by the car to reminisce a little. Did get one of him and my Dad though..
My youngest got all of the Boom Mat installed and wiring is well on its way. The panel and main harness is done for the most part. Now I'm onto the Big Stuff 3 Motor/Transmission management system. Lots to do in this arena. From the ECU to the injectors, sensors and COP system I'm having to take it all apart, cut and reterminate most everything for a cleaner and simpler look. Strongly recommend Ballenger Motorsports for plugs and terminals. They have great to deal with!!
Once I get everything done and it is running I will come back and wrap it all in loom.
