Default Classic Industries Door Panel (( 08-17-23 )) Part 1

Next project is the passenger side door panel.

As you can see the holes didn't really line up.

I gentle used the nut driver to push down on the backing to release it from the board so I could install the clips.

I decided to make a "E Flute" cardboard template for drilling holes in the door.

Nailed it !!

Clips installed

Everything lined up perfectly.

Since I have three points of contact (window crank & arm rest screws) I was able to used this for drilling all of the holes in the door.

I cut a small opening for the door handle to see how close I got.

Pictures doesn't show it but i was 3/8 of an inch to high.

Calling it a night

why so many tools ?

This is kinda funny. Where the heck am i going to find one of these two size drill bits.

Cont. in next post
