A 3 link with Watts is a great rear suspension. Sometimes the 3 link is decoupled (separate accel. and decl. control). The 3 link in general is a great solution for street, AutoX and Track. It may require tuning to find the best balance between acceleration performance and braking for different conditions. The 3 Link is not an overconstrained suspension. The Watts link is a great selection to provide centering and location of the rear unlike a panhard bar. Often the roll center can be adjusted with the Watts link which can help with tuning.

The advantage of the Satchell link is the amount of Anti-Squat that can be run without wheel hop under braking and that you can have tuneable roll steer (understeer/oversteer).
