Above, V8TV interviewed the 1st ‘caretaker’ of the car, a former Hurst exec. Very cool he was at the MCACN unveiling of the restoration with Linda Vaughn. He raved about the car’s performance and how he shut down every street race challenger. A Porsche driver routinely challenged him in the twisties in the mountains and would pull ahead; but the H/O made up the difference in the straights.
