"The lawyer's ethical dilemma"
A guy walks into a lawyer's office and asks how much the lawyer would charge to draft a will. The lawyer quotes him $150.00 and the new client accepts. The lawyer conducts a thorough interview and prepares the will while the client waits. After they summon the witnesses and the notary they conduct the formal execution of the will and the lawyer presents the document to the client.
The client reaches into his pocket and tosses a wad of cash on the lawyer's desk, thanks him and bids him farwell. The lawyer waits until the client disappears and then picks up the money and counts it. He thereupon discovers that the client has tossed not $150.00 on the desk but $300.00.
Therein lies the ethical dilemma...
