As long as the fuel system is up the task. No engine swap should be required. It should be as simple as filling up the tank with E85 and a different calibration for the ECM. Typically E85 requires about 40% more fuel than the same HP on pump gas.
If your going to use E85 make sure you invest in an E85
tester. We have seen pump E85 range from E75-E90.
