Looks like the mill finish to me, which should have been a lot less money. Oh well, now you've got a project lol.
By the way, polished doesn't stay that way once you start driving it. They turn a real cool gold hue immediately, but then get that chalky discolored look. That's why I end up with coated headers on my builds.
