I designed a similar tool that I am having made. When it is finished I will see what it takes to build them. I origianally did this just for me. When I saw how many people on here were interested in them, I decided to see what it would take to build them. It should be done in a couple weeks. Mine will do 15-20" wheels 5-12" wide. 5x4.5 and 5x4.75 are supported right now, because thats all I needed. I posted a picture below of the design. let me know if you are interested.
