That's actually 8 times the horsepower, so if a stock Camaro could reach 155 mph with 285 hp it would take 1200 hp to reach 250 mph, although I doubt a stock Camaro could reach 155 mph on a standing mile.
Oh, by the way, I feel it's unbelievably stupid for a gear head to say that can't be done. It's only a matter of science, testing and a lot of money. And yeah, some guts, but seems to me that there isn't any left in this forum
