good question. In reality, on this site every mod has been picked due to being a good member, level-headed in discussions, and someone who we feel will keep an eye out for the site. It's up to Scott as to when we add a moderator, and as the site grows it generally follows that we need more moderators to help watch over things.

I was wondering myself, do you guys get time off? Like a vacation? Time were you need to dedicate time to your family or car. Is there trade offs? Like one moderator will cover tech, while another covers general discussion?
