I agree. It seems like paddle shifters would be a sweet setup with an auto tranny, but not a manual that still has a manual clutch. Not only does it seem pointless but it costs more than I spent on my entire t-56 setup. It might be cool of you could still shift manually if you wanted to, but you can't. It replaces the shifter. I would not want it even if it only cost $800.
