I don't know where you are getting your quotes on Baer brakes, but when I ordered mine there was about $100 diference in price between Baer & Touring Classics. I went with Baer's, their kit included news hubs and axle seals all packed and ready to go and shipping was less.

In the end, if you shop around the $$$ difference may be minumal and include the hubs, but I would not just base my decision on that. Touring Classics does have awesome customer service, which needs to be factored in and they will usually ship much faster than Baer.
