There is no completion date. He is like any other tradesmen. A carpenter always owns a home never completed. A house painter has paint peeling form the outside of his house and it has been that way for years. Scott has a internet g-machine network and his car sits at home unfinished for years and years and years.
Remember he wants to repaint the car too. My own car took some 30 years to complete. Who know's I could be dead and have dirt thrown over me by the time he is finished.
