We are trying to remedy that.....
I think other companies have tried making them using hand laid carbon and they didnt work. Dave has developed special resins for heat and a unique manufacturing process that gives our covers more structural integrity than other attempts at carbon covers have had. The K&N covers prolly were the worst thing for the carbon valve cover industry they leak badly and thier finsh wasnt very good. Our manufacturing process fixes those issues. My big block covers have been on my 502 for over 3 years and they dont leak a drop and look like they did the day I installed them. It is our goal to have a carbon valve cover for every popular engine design. Our process is costly since we use billet tooling to build our covers but its the only way to get the quality cover. Our next addition wll be big chief pontiac pro stock type head valve covers. And we are re introducing the air cleaner covers. I'll keep you guys posted on the new stuff as we get it in stock.
