Sanderson makes some nice ones, I have used the street and performance ones on other projects and they have a huge collector with that square flange deal that they have.

You know if your doing all this work on you car, I know you can build your own set of headers. ten you could have long tubes that fit. Headers are intimidating, but not that hard once you get the hang of things. header kits are the way to go.

Just my 2 cents. I have never had much luck with block hugger headers. Plus when you use block hugger header, you have to connect the exhaust which goes down from the flange and makes a 90 degree bend. Even if you start the bend at the header flange you have a minimun of 7-8" until the bottom, so it winds up taking more room.

Check out those headers in the 66 nova project, they took 23 hours to the point you see. But they clear and are removable.
