Default 67 camaro lean problem

I've posted regarding this once before, a long time ago, and got some helpful information, but the issue is still there.

My car appears to sit about an inch lower on the driver side than it does on the passenger side. I currently have the QA1 half coilover kit, with global west upper and lower arms, and it seems that the way which I have the height setting adjusted, the driver side should sit HIGHER than the passenger side.

ill try and explain that a little better: The way that the coilovers are adjusted, the passenger side is completely maxed out, at the lowest possible setting, while the driver side still has about 3 full turns left. regardless of this, the driver side still sits an inch lower than the passenger side.

ive tried a few things to fix this, and have ruled out a few possibilities: someone once suggested that it was possible that my body bushing, upon installation, were binding on one side since i may not have torqued them down in the correct order. i had decided that i wanted aluminum bushings anyways, so i replaced the body bushings with some help, and the car still leaned the same as before.
someone else thought that my front clip may have been slightly tweeked, causing it to sit higher on one side. i ha da reuptable shop check the car out, and they told me that there was no way the frame was tweeked based on how well my body panels lined up. i insisted that they took a look anyways, and they came out proving what they initially said: no tweek.
another person suggested that it may be my front sway bar, which might be incorrectly installed. i checked it out, removed the sway bar, cleaned some things up and put it back on. same problem.

so im getting pretty annoyed with it now, and its beggining to be a pretty big downer for me whenever i want to work on the car.
since i have the QA1 kit, and it is height adjustable, im considering cutting a coil off the springs and playing with the mount till it sits the way i want it to. is this just a bad idea? i really appreciate any feedback. ive spent a lot of money on nice parts for this car and i would really like it to sit the way it should.
