I know of a couple 2-rotors that are in the 450-500 range. Mine should be around 320 hp with stock turbo. It isn't too difficult to do with the right turbo, and proper porting/mods.
My buddies 2nd gen smokes BUILT supra's and hangs with bikes.
You can make all the power you need with a turbo rotary. NA is a little tough to really make power tho. Seems like you exoplored that with the PPort!
