For a complete wire install I budget 40 hrs for a hotrod type install. For something with a computer etc, maybe another 10 hrs. So for 50 total that thing should be completely wired, troubleshot, and to your liking.
And I'll second Scott for the work. He builds Megasquirts and wiring for cars, and is a computer geek. Nice combo for wiring...
