My father and I built the one for my car. Although I don't have any pics because my site is down. I used 2.5" oil pipe, although if I was going to build another I would go with square tubing. It worked well though. If you are going to build one make sure and add 2 locking points on each side and add grease certs so it will turn easier. I would recommend "locking" casters as well because you will probably move it around the shop from fabrication to body work and so on. I wish I had demensions of it. I had a guy come by last week to get demensions to build one for his 442. I had post over at PT or search some threads I know this is a subject that has been talked about and covered over there.
