Just like in the build, it's always the little crap that gets you.

Does remind me of a dumb mistake I made years ago, kind of off topic, but I thought it might make you laugh.

Ever shim an oil pump with a welch plug? Know what happens when you do? Oil pressure is fine at idle, but as soon as you give it some gas, the bypass opens, lets the oil in, but it won't bleed out and locks the bypass closed. Did you know you can actually blow an oil filter right off of a 409 with this little trick? 'Bout peed my pants when it exploded the filter off of it's mount. Took me a few to figure out what I had done wrong!
