That sounds pretty low to me for all that stuff.

From my experience most guys are charging around $1000 for a quarter panel install and around $2500 for a DSE minitub install (most quote around 40 hours with a shop rate of $60-80/hr).

Some guys still do good work for cheap prices, but I would be really careful. Make sure you can trust this guy.

Is this a shop or some guy thats does stuff "on the side"...... that can make a difference on what he charges and your confidecne if things "go south" with the work he does etc.
