hey steve, it depends what brand your using. some mount on the leaf spring plate with another special plate ive even seen some mounted to the front of the leaf springs. factory equipped rear sway bar cars had links mounted to the car, like the hotchkis kit provides, these are all the ends of the bars im refering to, of course the all mount to the rear end in the middle. if you cant figure it out just looking at it the bar might be meant for option#1 or option #3. ill try to find some pic of the other ways also
