I just called the local Ford Dealer. The whole assembly comes as one part number. The Shifter, Bezels and trim, and the mechanism with the wiring pigtail.

There are a few different trim options, but the basic one is Ford part # 7R3Z-7210-D and the walk up the counter price is $189.80.

I'm not sure how it actuates the transmision though. It may be completely electronic. I'm sure you could figure out a way to make it work with a cable though.
