I am gonna try to look at this from a different perspective...

I don't really care if people only post their new projects/intro with tons of details and pics. To me, THAT IS actually contributing and adding value to this forum. It can provide new ideas, inspiration, and a different way to approach some part of a project. Is that so bad?

Is there an unwritten rule that people must post often and reply to many threads? I don't have hundreds or thousands of posts either, but I didn't know it was a requirement. What's wrong with people lurking and trying to learn? Not everyone may feel comfortable chiming in on all sorts of topics, for various reasons.

I just don't get it I guess. I mean, I do hear what you are saying in a way, but I think everyone should cut everyone some slack here for posting their new projects. I really like reading/seeing them, whether it is ego driven or not.

Isn't this a forum where people can go to post their project details/pics?

Okay, enough rambling for now from me.... just my perspective on this.
