My first V8 was a new 86 GT. Test drove it but couldn't afford it at the time. Had to wait 4 years til I could buy a used one. Then 3 years later picked this one up! My wife bought an LX (5.0 5spd) 2 weeks before I got my GT! We used to race each other all the time. (...and I uh, won every single time!!

We had to sell hers when it became too much of a hassle to get the younglings in and out.
