We are actually a few days ahead of my initial post... pics above and below are from today.
Picked up some 67 Mustang Maier front and rear flares last night, and this customer already had Maier carbon front flared fenders - the right front carbon fender was trimmed, fitted, and installed today. Rear 3.25" flare is taped in place, as shown.
We're now looking a bit more optimistic about the 315mm tire situation.
This car has 17x9" rear and 17x8" front with 245mm tires now. The rears can easily clear an 11" wide wheel with this flare, and the fronts
should once we have the new front crossmember/suspension installed (it should gain us a LOT of front wheel room inboard)
