TIG requires pure Argon. Typically MIG uses argon/CO2 mix or straight CO2. One issue with the TIG you show is the lack of a foot pedal and it probably doesn’t have high frequency start and is DC only so you can’t do aluminum. I think you would be better off with a dedicated TIG machine and a dedicated MIG machine. You are probably going to need to spend at least $1600 for a TIG box and another grand on accessories.
