I have exact opposite problem. Usually FedEx is close to on time. UPS, it's anyone's guess.
The tracker is even funnier. Last package I got from UPS, the reminder email said it was being delivered that day. Followed link to the website.. package was checked in that a.m. in Texas
Got it 3 days later.
