Thanks Joe on both notes. We're super excited. Forms for the footings went in yesterday and the electrician came out to survey the panel to ensure it'll support the shop's requirements. Footings are ridiculously massive, but that's what the plans call for. These "kits" (if you can call it that) are sold all over the U.S. where different states have seismic requirements or flooding issues, so they make them extremely robust.
