I loved this event several years ago when they held it by itself and it was in TX. The CAM Challenge only had American Muscle cars.

I'l be up front and say I don't like the rule changes. From a racers view point, I don't think there is anything equivalent from a 1st gen f body to a 4th gen f body. Or a 1st gen A body to a 4th gen f body. And, they cut it off at 2000- what is different from a 1999 f body and a 2002 f body? These are things I don't understand but, that's ok. When I register for event I'm saying that I accept the rules.

From the organizations view point I can understand that they want to fill an event and make money on the events so, if there aren't enough people racing the older cars then, they have to open it up and allow for more cars to enter plain and simple.

I guess I will wait and see if the turn out for these events increases or stays the same.
