Default Threaded plate behind door hinges

I am prepping my 69 Camaro for media blasting and I am wondering about getting the area behind the two threaded plates on the inside of the body that the door hinge bolts screw in to. What is the correct method of getting in there ?

It seems to me that they cannot be removed without cutting the bracket that holds them in place.

I have tried to research this but it seems it is the least talked about part of a Camaro on the entire Internet !

Thanks,

Cheezer

my media guy is good. He's a Camaro guy and gets all up in thr nooks a crannies.... you can see all of that from under the dash.

This car has the dash removed.
