Default Another ******* Aussie....

Hi to all,
I have trawling this forum for a couple of months so I thought i better introduce myself...and try not to offend anyone!!!!

My name is Kyle and I live in Brisbane ,Qld...
I am an aircraft maintenance engineer (Mechanical) working for a large Australian airline.

I also tune anything with an LSX in it in my spare time...also do a lot of LSX conversion work as well.

My current project is a HX Premier made by Holden here in Australia in 1977....only problem is it has four doors...requirement of she who must be obeyed.

Car has been a painted roller for 6 years now ...but already has TR3350,9 inch rear ,bigger brakes ...looking at making a lot of my suspension components as they are quite expensive here to buy after market...

Engine is TBA...will be LSX based no doubt...it is last on shopping list...

I am currently OS with work but will be returning home shortly..will get some pics up .

I will be heading to the US early December for a 3 week vacation ...will be arriving in LA , driving to Pheonix then to Sacramento for Xmas with my wifes sister ...then to Lake Tahoe for a week....New Years Day is already locked in for Sacramento Raceway 40th Annual New Years Race meet...

Any advice on where to go and what to see in between would be great...be it automotive or recreational....I am looking at picking up a few bits a pieces as I go..

I think my next build will be some American muscle.....

Cheers
Kyle

Just a few pics ...dont worry the wheels are not staying...

Colour is factory...not many around like it.
The car isnt a collectable but reasonably desirable.
